ORDERS

How long does it take to process my order?

As all our pieces are handmade, our production time is 5 - 14 working days. Excluding bank holidays and weekends.

Once production of your order is complete and ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email along with your tracking details.

Do you accept returns?
We understand that not all items will fit all individuals as expected and we will accept EXCHANGES ONLY. 
All of our pieces are handmade and made to order. 
CRWND By Rianna Mayne takes pride in creating quality and statement pieces. We inspect each piece to make sure that it is in good condition before being shipped.
Exchanges can be made 14 days from shipping date. 
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE 
ALL CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE 
How do I exchange an item?
Exchanges are only accepted if:
  • The item is in its original condition - packaging and all tags attached

  • The item has not been worn 

  • The item is odour free

  • The item has no marks or stains

 

CRWND By Rianna Mayne has the right to reject the exchange if these condition are not met. 
If you wish to exchange, please email us at info@crwndbyriannamayne.com within 14 days. Please include:
  1. Name

  2. Order number

  3. The reason for exchange & image of the defect/damage

  4. Item size you wish to exchange 

 

Once we have received this information, we will provide you with the address the garment needs to be sent back to.
Once we have received the item, we will send the replacement to you.
Please note that we are not responsible for the shipping cost for your exchange, however we will be responsible for the cost of sending back your replacement ONLY.
We do recommend using traceable carriers with tracking ID to ensure packages are delivered successfully. 

Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do! Generally, we deliver to most countries and locations. All UK orders are shipped via ROYAL MAIL. For express shipping via DHL and will be received within approximately 2-3 working days upon completion
There a very small number of remote locations DHL do not operate in. If you are unable to checkout to your location, please contact us to see what other options may be available.
Does your shipping include import taxes and duties?
You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received in your country. Duty rates vary depending on the value of each item, and vary from each country, so we are unable to determine exactly what duties may be charged.
For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order. Please note CRWND By Rianna Mayne cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.
